Yoga is
A transformational mind and body practice. Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation or relaxation that can provide you with self-awareness, focus, physical and mental balance.

- Some traumas could lead to mental illness depending on its severity. Other traumas are buried but triggers could bring it to the surface and the person may not be able to manage its aftermath. Some traumas are unmanageable where addictions of any type could be possible.
