- Not listening to the body’s messages could make them feel “in control” because they are ignoring signs of possible health concerns…(when the body is really trying to tell them something is not right, people tend to ignore it because of their long to-do lists, for which they make time, but not themselves.

- Some traumas could lead to mental illness depending on its severity. Other traumas are buried but triggers could bring it to the surface and the person may not be able to manage its aftermath. Some traumas are unmanageable where addictions of any type could be possible.

Through yoga and meditation, students will:
